We’re currently looking for a Senior Process Designer to join our Project and Process Unit (PPU) — a team at the heart of our transformation journey. 🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Process Designer, you’ll drive innovation and efficiency across Atradius by:

Leading end-to-end process design and improvement initiatives

Applying LEAN principles to identify inefficiencies and boost effectiveness

Integrating RPA and machine learning technologies where applicable

Collaborating with Business Enterprise Architects to evolve the operating model

 🧠 What You Bring

A degree in Business, Management or a related field

Proven experience in process design and transformation

LEAN certification (Black Belt preferred)

Familiarity with RPA and AI/ML-driven automation
