Webflow Web Developer

About the role

‍We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who can build fast, consistent, and high-quality websites using existing designs and components.

What you’ll do

Make our clients grow with clean, well-built websites.

• Build and maintain Webflow websites using existing layouts and component systems
• Ensure every site runs fast, looks sharp, and functions flawlessly
• Implement CMS structures, animations, and logical page flows
• Collaborate with our design and SEO teams to deliver smooth, growth-focused projects
• Continuously improve our internal Webflow standards and processes

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of professional experience with Webflow
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• You’re based in or near Rotterdam
• You think like an intrapreneur: taking ownership, spotting improvements, and moving fast
