As an alignment technician, you play a crucial role in preventing malfunctions and excessive wear on onboard installations. A misaligned diesel engine or generator set can cause unnecessary vibrations, leading to increased wear on bearings and seals and ultimately to costly downtime.

Aligning propulsion systems such as engines and gearboxes;

MBO-level education or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a related field;

Experience with alignment or bench fitting in the maritime and/or industrial sectors;

Strong organizational and technical skills;

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills;

Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;

A flexible attitude and comfortable with working outside standard 9-to-5 hours.
