About the position

As a Business Broker, you are busy every day maintaining and strengthening your network of customers, tenants and other stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships. You identify commercial opportunities and take the initiative to exploit them. You do this in an environment where you have a lot of entrepreneurial freedom. You will also be involved in the following:

  • The sale/rental of commercial objects and real estate portfolios;

  • Acquisition for expansion of portfolio;

  • Conducting negotiations;

  • Advising clients on real estate issues

  • Monitoring and actively responding to developments in the commercial real estate market;

  • Preparing reports and advice;

    • We are looking for

    You have good communication skills and a good command of the Dutch and English language. Your working area is Utrecht, so ideally you are already familiar with the area and you have a network in this region. We would also like to see the following in you:

  • Extensive experience as a real estate agent

  • Registered as a Registered Real Estate Agent, preferably in a Commercial Real Estate room, but we are also open to someone with a residential background;

  • You enjoy networking and you actively participate in your work area.

  • Numerical understanding;

  • A team player who is strong enough to be able to work independently.
