As a project developer at our client, you have the drive to bring projects to a successful conclusion.

We work on a wide variety of projects: ranging from ground-level homes to complex inner-city developments, including (large-scale) housing. We also develop commercial real estate, mixed-use projects, transformation projects and high-rise buildings and we are a trusted partner in area developments. There is always a project with us that matches your experience and (growth) ambition.

As a driven project developer, you coordinate the commercial and technical development from the initiation phase to the start of construction and you supervise the sale and/or rental of your project. In doing so, you take price and quality into account, because achieving goals in commerce and return is also a great challenge for you.

You bring challenging plans to fruition with associated tasks, including:

  • Drawing up and monitoring the project planning and cost-benefit analysis;

  • Consultation and negotiation with the municipality and other authorities;

  • Ensuring the required permits and managing RO procedures;

  • Managing and contracting architect(s) and consultants;

  • Stakeholder management and guidance of participation process;

  • Collaborate on projects with colleagues from the construction company;

  • Preparing, managing and monitoring the rental and/or sale and transfer of the projects, usually in collaboration with a real estate agent;

  • Supporting our acquisition team in finding and securing development locations;

  • Consultation with future tenants and investor(s).

    Our client is a successful company in the field of real estate development, construction and asset management.

    You will work at the Doetinchem branch. From this branch they develop projects throughout the Netherlands. Within the team with fellow project developers, the lines are short and there is plenty of room for your personal development and growth.

    What talents and skills do we like to see?

  • HBO and/or WO work and thinking level;

  • At least 5 years of demonstrable work experience in a similar position;

  • Skilled in independently developing projects;

  • An enterprising type with the ability to passionately appeal to the right target group for our projects;

  • You are strong in negotiation, you dare to make choices and you stand your ground when the pressure increases;

  • You know how to manage collaboration with project partners, investors and corporations;

  • You are a team player and get energy from working together;

  • You are analytical, enterprising, creative and results
