As an Upcoming Service Specialist at the head office in Amsterdam-Zuidoost, you will start your career in the heart of residential rental. This role is crucial within the organization, where you have a direct impact on tenant satisfaction by carefully calculating and communicating service costs. Within the dedicated Service Charge Administration team, you will have the opportunity to learn, develop yourself and make an important contribution to the service provision.

You calculate the statements and prepare them

You check general ledger accounts and ensure the administration is reconciled

You provide written communication to tenants about settlements

Of course, you don’t do this without the right knowledge and help. As a Trainee, you will be fully trained and taken along by your buddy, an experienced service costs employee.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

You recently completed your MBO level 4 training in finance

You have a proactive attitude and are willing to learn

You are proficient in Excel and are eager to learn new systems

You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.

You have good communication skills and are customer-oriented

Please note: an assessment is part of the procedure, as is applying for a Certificate of Good Conduct at the start.

You earn between €2,800.00 & €3,600.00 gross per month

You will receive a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer or full reimbursement of your public transport costs.

After one temporary contract you have the prospect of a permanent contract

You are entitled to 28 days of vacation, 3 roster-free days and the option to purchase 5 additional days

You will receive a laptop and telephone from the company
