We are looking for customer-oriented Sales Assistants to join our Brands! You will support on the shop floor or in the stockroom, assist our customers, and make sure everyone enjoys a great shopping experience. We offer part-time (16-30 hours) and full-time (38 hours) positions, with the requirement to work at least one day in the weekend.

Provide customer service and resolve customer queries, while referring to the management team when needed.

Ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy, and free of faulty items.

Keep the stockroom areas organized, and our products categorized accordingly.

Accurately handle sales, refunds, and returns.

Replenish items on the shop floor according to our visual guidelines.

Stay informed about new collections, best sellers, and fashion trends.

Responsible for accurately packing online orders in compliance with company standards.

Join store meetings, training sessions, and enhance your fashion expertise.

Prioritize our sustainability commitment and follow reductive ways to stay sustainable.

Follow the Health&Safety regulations to ensure a safe shopping environment for everyone.

Passion for fashion, trends, and styling.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
