In Benelux we work from two offices; Aalst (Belgium) & Zaltbommel (Netherlands) with a total of 45 employees, active in Engineering, Data Management, Manufacturing, 3DExperience and SOLIDWORKS.

As part of our development, we are recruiting a PLM Consultant. In a data management focussed sub team of 8 people, your missions will be the following:

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will ensure the deployment of 3DEXPERIENCE PLM & Visiativ PLM services & solutions to our customers.

You will work with our customers to ensure a set of training, consulting and audit actions to optimize the deployment and use of our solutions.

With the technical team, you formalize the expected adaptations and advanced parameterizations. You follow and/or participate in the realization of these adaptations.

You accompany the customer during the phases of tests, adjustments and production.

During the deployment phase, you will provide support and assistance to the teams and you will participate in the definition of the change management and support plan.

You will work closely with project management: Facilitation of workshops, updating of monitoring and billing information, regular reporting to the project stakeholders

You may be required to follow the customer over time for the maintenance of its system (ensure the governance of the technical architecture, analyse the requests for evolution and the impact of the

You will assist the pre-sales teams in the analysis and construction of technical offers

You will continuously build and expand the knowledge needed to support our customers, by doing exams & certifications from our vendors

You have an engineering background and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

You have a strong IT background, particularly in architecture, application development, software integration and databases.

Visiativ PLM consultants must understand and be able to act (without being an expert) on client infrastructures (server, LDAP, SQL/Oracle database, etc.)

Knowledge of the industrial world and main software(s) (ERP, GED, CAD, PDM) is a plus.

A professional level of English & Dutch (speaking & writing) is required for this position.
