Bolton – Account Support Specialist

Bolton - Account Support Specialist - VDWWORKS.

Bolton Nederland is looking for a sales support specialist in charge to support our local sales team with the following activities:

Maintain several connections within the organization.

You are the internal contact person to align promotions & introductions between sales & logistics and sales & marketing

Processing of promotional proposals and confirmations

Make sure all required information for new products is available on time to share with customers

You are the external contact person for  assistant category managers

Checking and handling claimed price differences

Correct entry of data regarding invoicing

You make sure all internal processes will run smoothly

Processing the sales forecasts from the account managers

Keeping track of annual agreements with customers and archiving them

General support to the Key Account Managers and Country Manager

Successfully completed study and interest in Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector

Few years of experience in sales department – preferably –  in FMCG company

Very good understanding of numbers and a gift for accuracy

Hands-on mentality, problem solving and team spirit

Pro-activity is just as important as thinking outside the box

Confident handling of MS Office (PPT, Excel), Pre: Nielsen, Navision

Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written
