Creating visuals for social, web, decks, and occasionally something wild in the streets.

Editing like a pro — video, motion, or Instagram carousels.

Working with tools like: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere (and maybe After Effects).

Experimenting with AI tools to make your design process faster, better, weirder.

Learning, laughing, and leveling up with a team that will push and support you.

Designing within — and sometimes inventing — brand identities.

Using AI tools (like Nano Banana, Kling, Hailuo) to go from idea to WOW.

Presenting your work without the awkward ‘uhm’s.

Teaming up, taking feedback like a champ, and giving it too (even to the Creative Director).

What it’s like to be in a fast-moving, high-trust creative agency where your work matters.

A design student or recent grad with a solid portfolio.

Confident using Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), and basic editing tools.

Not afraid to try new things (yes, we mean AI).

Creative, a little cheeky, and someone we’d love to hang out with during lunch.

Know your way around motion design / After Effects

Have experience creating content for TikTok / IG

Like contributing to concepts (we love designers who think, too)

Your portfolio with the work you're proud of

A short note about who you are, what you want to learn, and what you want to create

Your CV (we care more about your energy and work, but it's nice to have)

Come design, edit, and monkey around with us in Amsterdam.

We promise you'll leave more creative, more skilled — and possibly better at making coffee (only if you want to).
