IT Project Manager

Mediahuis is looking for   an IT Project Manager who seamlessly combines project management, budgeting and vendor management.    We believe you could be the perfect fit.    Your impact.    Do you have an affinity with budgeting and managing projects with external suppliers? You'll coordinate, facilitate and communicate. From this approach, you play a key role in automating the management of our subscriptions. Together with colleagues, you help determine the direction for automating our B2C processes.     You’ve already started daydreaming? • You are responsible for leading business-critical projects within the group IT domain Monetisation. 
• You work closely with different product owners and teams. 
• Depending on your ongoing projects, you create roadmaps and safeguard scope, timing and budget. 
• While you are not expected to be a product expert, you show strong affinity and involvement with the project content. 
• Based on your experience in leading and guiding projects, you maintain a clear overview, set priorities and actively connect stakeholders. 
• You foster collaboration and keep the end result clearly in sight. 

 

You are expected to work 2 days per week from the Amsterdam office and occasionally visit other offices (approximately once per quarter). Depending on the roadmap, you may travel more frequently during certain periods, balanced with working from home.

Thanks to your goal-oriented mindset, experience and ability to build the right relationships, you contribute ideas, challenge stakeholders and deliver projects successfully. You have knowledge of various project methodologies and apply them depending on the context. For this role, an excellent command of English is required, and preferably Dutch as well. Experience in a complex and international organisation gives you a strong advantage.
