De Legal Business Consultant opereert zelfstandig bij het adviseren en begeleiden van cliënten op het gebied van M&A. Je coördineert de complete (juridische) procedure van het project. Voor, tijdens en na het project. We bereiden de Due Diligence voor, bieden ondersteuning bij het Q&A proces, beoordelen transactiedocumentatie en sturen waar nodig externe adviseurs en interne afdelingen aan.

Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring, bij een (middel)groot advocatenkantoor of juridische afdeling

Ervaring op het gebied van (middel)grote- en internationale transacties (M&A)

Klantgerichte persoonlijkheid, een echte team-player

Uitstekende communicatie- en projectmanagement vaardigheden

Neemt initiatief en is innovatief, kwaliteitsbewust maar ook pragmatisch en accuraat
