Op het hoofdkantoor van ING in Amsterdam is een uitdagende functie vacant gekomen voor een (ervaren) Tax Compliance Specialist. Binnen ING Group Tax houdt een team van 6 professionals zich onder meer bezig met de Tax Compliance & Reporting van de Nederlandse onderdelen van ING. Het totale tax team bestaat uit 26 professionals. Binnen deze functie is een belangrijke en zelfstandige rol voor je weggelegd in het gehele proces rondom de (deel)aangiften vennootschapsbelasting van de ING fiscale eenheid.

Opstellen van de aangiften vennootschapsbelasting voor de Nederlandse ING‑entiteiten.

Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van GloBE‑aangiften onder de nieuwe Pillar 2‑wetgeving.

Opstellen en beoordelen van tax reporting rapportages voor kwartaalberichten en jaarrekeningen.

Afstemmen met Tax Managers om hun input zorgvuldig te verwerken in aangiften en rapportages.

Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals Finance.

Bijdragen aan het verbeteren en efficiënter maken van onze compliance processen, onder andere op het gebied van automatisering en datakwaliteit

Naar de toekomst toe zullen Tax Reporting, data verwerking en tax tooling in toenemende mate onderdeel uitmaken van de tax functie, dus enige affiniteit om op dit gebied te ontwikkelen is wel gewenst.

De ideale kandidaat heeft een relevante afgeronde fiscale studie (Bachelor of Master), ongeveer 3 tot 6 jaar relevante werkervaring bij een belastingadvieskantoor (bij voorkeur Big4 of vergelijkbaar), of een in-house positie bij een multinational. Ervaring met het opstellen van (complexe) Nederlandse aangiften vennootschapsbelasting is een must, evenals goede kennis in Excel. Ervaring met OneSource Corporate Tax is een pre.

We zoeken een gedreven teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels, die actief wil bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van de compliance processen.
