Recruitment Specialist for qualified professionals Finance | Audit | GRC

One of our clients in The Hague is looking for a young qualified finance professional for the position of Manager Reporting & Control. A challenging position with lots of (inter) national career.

Deliver the consolidated financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in line with Group Requirements

Ensure on time reporting to a high quality standard each month, and deliver the additional requirements of the quarterly, interim and year end processes

Act as a technical expert in IFRS, keeping management up to date with the latest IFRS and IAS changes

Drive data quality in financial reporting in connection with quarterly and annual reviews, with a focus on assigned regions

Manage accounting treatment of mergers, acquisitions and ownership changes, as well as assist in first time reporting of new ventures

Provide high quality financial information and its analysis to senior management to support decision making

Document business processes and procedures to support the above functions and make recommendations for improvement

Develop and improve existing models for analysis of the key financial metrics

Provide informative monthly reports and commentary to senior management and group

Be part of a team operating as a centre of excellence for HFM knowledge, and sharing their expertise with Corporate Finance, the regional offices and entities for all HFM reporting

Respond to ad-hoc requests from senior management, Corporate Finance and other departments of the Company

Bachelor/Master Business Administration/Economics

3 to 5 years of experience within Financial Management, Financial Accounting or Business Controlling on a Business Unit or Group level

Advanced knowledge of Oracle HFM system and Financial Reporting Studio

Ability to work independently and be a strong team player

Have an analytical and structured working method
