Assist the Entity Controller in the monthly close of all Dutch Holding companies:

analyze balance sheet and P&L and prepare management reporting for CFO

day-to-day accounting for all transactions in SAP

prepare all quarterly corporate accounting submissions

prepare monthly reportings for the Nederlandsche Bank

Assist the Entity Controller preparing AP/LE/OL/Cashflow forecast:

agree interco service charges with entity finance functions across the group

prepare forecasted balance sheet and P&L for all Dutch Holding companies

liase with entity finance functions and Treasury to agree capital and dividend movements for all Group entities

design and roll out of internal procedures to keep the service charge database up to date

liase with the Tax Group to validate Indirect Tax Codes on an ongoing basis

liase with Tax manager to understand and document tax relevant matters in the database

agree all monthly charges with entity finance of other group companies and ensure timely invoicing

liase with Legal to ensure that for each charge there is a service agreement

Manage the JTI Group dividend and capital plans:

prepare monthly o reporting on dividend/capital contribution plans for senior management liasing with HQ Treasury and entity finance functions across the group

prepare proposals to HQ Treasury and HQ Tax to optimize dividend distributions across the Group based on Free Distributable Reserves reports from each entity.

Assist the Tax Manager and Entity Controller in tax relevant matters:

preparation portions of the corporate income tax returns

determine tax deductibility of all items in the P&L on a monthly basis

Prepare statutory financial statements of certain Dutch Holding companies

Strong time management skills and ability to work with tight reporting deadlines

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
