City Hotel in Bologna offers an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager placement for their Hotels

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the F&B manager and coordinate a variety of administrative tasks such as costs allocation and control, preparation of reports, communication with the “extra” staff, management of the uniforms inventory, ordering of F&B tools and supplies, market research for F&B equipment, management of the graphics of the entire department, management of the menus from the POS back-hand, and more.

Fresh Graduates may apply as well.

At least 3 years of Operational FB experience through study, training, job within a similar surrounding

Als het bedrijf alsnog niet akkoord gaat met jouw sollicitatie, storten wij het bedrag retour of na overleg leggen wij jou bij een ander bedrijf voor.
