Flexible Production Associate

Functie omschrijving

As a Flexible Production Associate, you support the production team in different departments. You may work in the Blend Back department, where incorrectly packaged coffee is reprocessed, or assist with general production and logistics activities. If you have a valid forklift or reach truck certificate, you may also perform logistics duties.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling incorrectly packaged coffee products
• Checking and sorting coffee bags
• Emptying coffee bags into machines or placing them on pallets
• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Performing quality checks
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Troubleshooting minor issues when required
• Driving a forklift or reach truck if certified

Working hours:

• Morning shift: 06:50 – 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:50 – 23:00
• Night shift: 22:50 – 07:00

Start date: As soon as possible

Location: Starbucks Roasting Plant, Amsterdam Westpoort

Schedule: Weekly planning based on your availability

Wat we van jou verwachten

• You are available to start immediately or at short notice
• You are at least 18 years old
• You have a good command of English or Dutch
• You are physically fit and enjoy hands-on work
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift rotation
• Previous experience in a production environment is an advantage
• A valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate is a plus
• You are reliable and enjoy working in a team
