You own projects from start to finish: from in-depth user research and sharp concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery.

You don’t just design for screens — you actively think about the interaction between humans and AI. Whether it’s chatbots, feedback loops for AI output, or complex data flows: you translate these new technologies into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

You work shoulder to shoulder with our developers. No designs thrown “over the fence,” but a pragmatic collaboration where you build the best technical and visual solutions together. Whether it’s a brand-new platform or fine-tuning critical components in an existing design system: you make sure it’s right — and that it works.

You’re the strategic sparring partner for our clients. You see through the question behind the question and translate complex business challenges into intuitive digital solutions with direct impact. You’re not just an executor; you take the lead, proactively coordinate with project management, and advise clients on the direction of the project. Whether it’s sharpening the roadmap or managing expectations: you’re the UX authority at the table.

€3,500 – €4,500 gross per month FTE, depending on experience
