Planned contact fee (simple explanation first)

The planned rule is simple: the contact fee is 5% of the agreed job amount, with a minimum of €5 and a maximum of €49.

For example: if the agreed job amount is €500, the planned contact fee would be €25. If the job amount is much higher, the fee stops at €49.

This is the current planned model. Final pricing may still change before paid contact details go live, based on provider feedback, market conditions, competition, and platform operating costs.

You can first decide whether a job is relevant before any future fee appears.

The planned model is not a forced subscription at the start of payments.

Why will customer contact details not always be free?

The platform has costs: support, hosting, safety, moderation, marketing, development and bringing new customers to the marketplace. That is why a paid contact-details model may be introduced later. The goal is to keep it fair: providers should only pay when there is real interest from a customer and the price is shown first.
