enthusiastic and ambitious Manager Internal Audit to join their international team based in The Netherlands.

In this role, you will lead the operational activities of the Internal Audit teams in The Netherlands and South Africa, while

also actively participating in a variety of (IT) audit engagements. You’ll have the opportunity to travel internationally

(10%) and work across multiple locations worldwide. We’re looking for a people-oriented professional who builds strong

As the designated delegate for the Director of Internal Audit, you will play a key role in driving the department’s success

• Shape and contribute to the department’s strategic direction and lead initiatives that drive innovation and
• Manage and execute international audit engagements across business processes, projects, and reporting;
• Take the lead on IT audits and strategic IT programs, representing Internal Audit in senior management meetings
• Supervise and support Internal Audit teams in The Netherlands and South Africa, ensuring effective and efficient
• Ensure timely, high-quality execution of audits, including risk assessments and clear, insightful reporting;
• Act as a trusted advisor to local, regional, and corporate management;
• Coordinate operational planning and logistics for the audit team;
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and impact;
• Expand your professional skills and network to prepare for future leadership opportunities.
• A Master’s degree in IT, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (CISA or RE certification is a plus);
• 8+ years of relevant experience in internal auditing;
• Solid knowledge of Internal Audit standards; CIA certification or willingness to obtain it;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (10%).
