Bij  Ropasystems  bouwen we interieurs voor de meest veeleisende omgevingen: van operatiekamers en laboratoria tot nucleaire en farmaceutische cleanrooms. Dit zijn geen standaard interieurs, maar maatwerkoplossingen voor gecontroleerde ruimtes waar elk detail telt. Het is bijzonder werk waar je trots op kunt zijn.

Jij bent een echte doener met technisch inzicht en een passie voor houtbewerking. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau richting techniek, (af)bouw of montage

5 jaar ervaring als interieurbouwer, timmerman of in de fijne afbouw (minder dan 5 jaar ervaring? bekijk dan ook onze andere vacatures)

Bekend met machinale houtbewerking en CNC-bediening (of bereid dit te leren)

Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat

Je houdt van aanpakken én van een goede sfeer in het team

Vervaardigen van interieuronderdelen aan de hand van technische tekeningen (AutoCAD)

CNC-bediening, zagen, assembleren en houtbewerking

Meedenken over productverbeteringen en procesoptimalisatie

Afmonteren van interieurs op locatie bij de opdrachtgever

Je werkt aan projecten die je niet snel ergens anders tegenkomt. Denk aan interieurs voor laboratoria waar luchtstromen en hygiëne cruciaal zijn, of operatiekamers waar elk paneel perfect moet passen.

Ropasystems  is specialist in interieurbouw en fijne afbouw voor opdrachtgevers in de zorg, farma, biotech, laboratoria, hightech en andere hoogwaardige industrieën. Wij verzorgen het hele traject: van advies en engineering tot realisatie. Onze werkplaats is het kloppend hart waar de interieurdelen worden geproduceerd, waarna ze op locatie worden gemonteerd — in Nederland én soms daarbuiten.

Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband

Fulltime functie (40 uur), 32 uur bespreekbaar

Marktconform salaris en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden (volgens cao Interieurbouw en Meubelindustrie)

36 vrije dagen (24 vakantiedagen + 12 ADV)

Woensdaglunch, vrijdagmiddagborrel, teamuitjes, bouwvak-BBQ en kerstborrel
