Eighty percent client work, twenty percent internal. You own the project, from first discovery through training and go-live. You run multiple Odoo projects in parallel across eCommerce, inventory, production, CRM, sales, HR, projects, field service, accounting, marketing, POS and planning.

Understand the customer’s challenge and translate it into a clear implementation plan

Be the single point of contact before, during and after the Odoo implementation

Train users using a train-the-trainer approach

Configure and implement Odoo ERP end-to-end

Senior level. You are comfortable owning ambiguous problems, you ask sharp questions, and you keep moving.

Eagerness to (learn to) implement Odoo ERP

An outsized interest in anything to do with software

Strong communicator, fluent in Dutch and English

Experience using CRM/ERP/Finance/HR software

Hands-on Odoo, SAP, Dynamics Business Central, Exact or AFAS implementation experience
