As certified adviser who uses specialist Mortgage and regulatory knowledge to help new and existing customers with their Mortgage and Protection requirements, you will deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will provide expert advice and ensure that all regulatory and service standards are followed and compliantly fulfilled and dealt with their needs appropriately.

You ensure customers are dealt with professionally, refereed to the right person or channel where appropriate and identify and support customers in vulnerable circumstances.

For Candidates – CeMAP (Certification in Mortgage Advice and Practice) to Level 3 is a mandatory requirement before applying for the role.
