Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online chat

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional manner

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service

Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
