Voor ons team zoeken wij een voorman / allround medewerker. Het is een dynamische functie waarin je zelfstandig de werkzaamheden kan plannen. Ben jij degene die van regelen houdt en voor iedere uitdaging een oplossing vindt.

Je gaat op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten voor de functie van scheepstimmerman. Dit doe je zowel in Nederland als in Polen. Naast het werven van de kandidaten, heb je contact met de planners op de werven. Hoeveel mensen zijn er waar en wanneer nodig.

Voor de nieuwe kandidaten moet vervoer, huisvestiging, VCA, enz geregeld worden. Uiteraard doe je dit niet allemaal alleen en heb je een team op kantoor achter je staan.

Fulltime functie voor langere tijd - vast dienstverband is absoluut een mogelijkheid

Salaris tussen € 3000 - € 4000 bruto per maand

25 vakantiedagen bij fulltime dienstverband
