To provide support to the Stores team by assisting with the daily operations, gaining on-the-job training while working towards a relevant qualification.

No prior experience necessary just a positive attitude and willingness to learn..

Development in the following different areas of stores by supporting each responsible person with the following:

Ensure stock is counted and deliveries put away in to correct stock locators.

Maintain a full record of all materials issued.

Control stock level and reconciliations records.

Be accountable for all materials issued/received under your control.

Accurate picking of Factory / SFK / CF08 material.

Accurate information of SFK material bay locations.

Always adhere and promote good housekeeping practice.

Ensure you comply with company systems and procedures at all times.

Liaise closely with production supervisors regarding material requirements/shortages.

Ensure the stores database and Oracle systems are relevant and kept up to date at all times.

Checking of daily request sheets against the BOM/DF30.

Issuing/return of material on the Oracle system.

Liaising with Stores / Purchasing / Site managers with SFKs / CF08s.

Help out the main stores personnel at busy times.

Maintain records and produce reports from Oracle.

Control stock level and reconciliations records.

Assistance to Stores department in chasing materials if required.

Orders due are monitored and progressed, ensuring that any issues are passed directly to the Stores Manager / Supervisor

All deliveries are checked against purchase orders and not accepted unless they fully comply with the details on the order.

All deliveries are volume and quality checked.

Materials are off loaded in a safe manner and stored appropriately.

All materials are to be marked up with job name, purchase order number, date delivered, placed in a project/stock location and photo’s taken.

All deliveries are receipted accurately against the Oracle system.

All CF08/SFK material/information to be passed through to the SFK team.

Required at times to work in inclement weather – waterproofs will be provided.

To liaise closely with the Expeditor/Stock Controller/Administrator.

Preform weekly stocktakes and a full stock take every 3 months to ensure stock figures are correct.

Delivery schedules are to be kept up to date and accurate at all times, any issues with deliveries are to be highlighted to the relevant production staff.

Liaise with procurement on delivery dates and orders.
