Fullstack developer

As a Fullstack Developer at Orange Juice, you will work in an agile way on the development of webshops and web applications. You are skilled in both back-end and front-end, and you translate analyses into technical and functional solutions. Together with product owners and colleagues, you strive for maximum business value. With energy, expertise, empathy, and ownership, you contribute to the renewal of our solutions: the DN(E) we share as a team.

Bachelor’s level of working and thinking, preferably in Computer Science.

Knowledge and experience with ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL, .NET framework (.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework), and Azure platform.

Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Knowledge and experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (vanilla and frameworks), plus modern tooling such as task runners, preprocessors, and bundlers.

Energy and eagerness to learn: you actively follow developments in your field and share knowledge with your team.

An empathetic and independent work attitude: you take ownership and enjoy working together to achieve the best results.

Strong communication skills: you keep colleagues and clients actively informed during projects.

A healthy sense of humor, because work should also be fun.

Also good to know: At Orange Juice we work with Azure, Visual Studio, Umbraco, Jira, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. Do you already have experience with these? That’s a great bonus!

In this role, you’ll work 32 to 40 hours a week, tailored to what fits the role and your team. Hybrid working and flexible hours are the norm here, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
