For an international food production company in the Venlo region, we are looking for a motivated Operator to join a modern production environment.

Functie

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Ensure a smooth and efficient production process
• Perform quality and hygiene checks
• Identify and report minor technical issues
• Supply production lines with materials using a forklift
• Follow safety, quality, and food safety procedures

Working Hours
You will work in a 3-shift system:

Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
Late Shift: 14:00 – 22:00
Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Functie-eisen

• Experience as an Operator, Machine Operator, or Production Employee is an advantage
• Valid forklift licence is required
• Technical interest and willingness to learn
• Availability to work in a 3-shift system
• Good communication skills in English, Dutch, or German
• Reliable and proactive attitude
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and hygiene

Aanbod

• Full-time position with long-term prospects
• Gross monthly salary approximately between €2,650 and €3,100 depending on experience and job classification
• Shift allowance on top of your salary:12% Early Shift Allowance
  12% Late Shift Allowance
  27% Night Shift Allowance
• Travel allowance 0,23cent per km
