For a large semi-conductor company in the Netherlands we are looking for a Platform Support Engineer focused on Azure and DevOps for a 6 months extendable contract.

You'll provide day-to-day cloud and platform support for the client environment while acting as the communication interface between the client and the offshore based support team.

Provide platform and cloud support and maintenance for client environments.

Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolution.

Coordinate support activities and follow up on tickets to ensure timely closure.

Act as the primary interface between the client and the offshore team in India .

Communicate status updates, issues, and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Maintain basic operational documentation and support procedures.

1–4 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, platform, or application support.

Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .

Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows server administration .

Experience with ticketing or incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar).

Strong verbal and written communication skills .

Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and client stakeholders .

Good troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
