Staff Accountant- North America

Staff Accountant responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, payroll entries, compliance filings, reconciliations and process improvement in a growing North American organization.

Harde eisen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience across AP, AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close support.

Mooi meegenomen

• Experience with BambooHR or a similar HRIS/payroll system is preferred.

Wat je gaat doen

• Manage accounts payable processing and payment activities, and manage accounts receivable activities including collections follow-up.
• Complete corporate bank reconciliations and monitor business banking transactions.
• Prepare and reconcile bi-monthly payroll entries in partnership with HR.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and maintain assigned general ledger accounts.
• Support sales and use tax processes and related reconciliations.
• Support ongoing process improvement and ERP-related initiatives.
