• Experience designing and implementing a future way of working
• Understanding of value streams, roadmaps, and sprints
• Taking initiative and responsibility beyond a defined role

• You coach colleagues and teams on collaboration, workload, and difficult conversations.
• You work with Value Stream Leads and Product Owners to make leadership and coaching part of their daily work.
• You use development conversations and team feedback to identify collaboration patterns and capability needs.
• You develop and implement the new way of working and arrange a careful handover.
