Repair Technician – Wooden Packaging & Technical Parts

Are you technically skilled and enjoy working in a clean, organized environment? We are looking for a maintenance technician responsible for inspecting, repairing, and improving wooden packaging and high-tech components in a close-knit team. Shift work with an attractive bonus.

In this role as a maintenance technician, you play an important part within the team, ensuring that wooden packaging and technical parts are always in top condition. You inspect damages, repair defects, and handle administrative tasks. You also propose improvements that contribute to a more efficient process and higher quality.

A typical workday starts with a team meeting to discuss the schedule. You then get to work inspecting and repairing products using clear instructions and checklists. You work with various tools and materials, use equipment like a forklift or reach truck, and make sure everything is done cleanly and safely. You wear work clothing and safety shoes. During your shift, you keep records and coordinate with colleagues on improvement points. You work in a 2-shift rotation (06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00) and, if possible, are available on Saturdays.

At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

Technical insight and experience with hand tools

Valid forklift, reach truck, EPT, and VCA certificates

Physically able to lift, bend, and perform repairs

Precise, stress-resistant, proactive, and flexible with working hours

Good command of Dutch and/or English (German is a plus)

Availability for 2-shift rotation (preferably also on Saturday)

Gross hourly wage of €15.80 plus 18% shift allowance (€18.64 per hour)
