Experience in HR and payroll administration (experience with AFAS is a plus) Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to payroll, employment and pensions You work accurately and in a structured way You feel comfortable working in HR and payroll systems You are service-minded and communicate clearly You have a valid PDL certification

As an HR & Payroll Administrator, you are the first point of contact for everything related to HR and payroll administration. Whether a colleague has a question about a payslip, a contract amendment, leave, or parental leave, you are there to help. Thanks to your accuracy, colleagues can rely on their HR and payroll administration always being correct.

You are an important link within our organization. Together with your HR colleagues, Finance, and external parties such as the occupational health service and the pension fund, you ensure that the administrative processes supporting our employees are just as professional as the work they deliver to our clients every day.

In this versatile role, you ensure that our HR and payroll administration is complete, up to date, and reliable. Your responsibilities include:

Preparing and checking accurate and timely payroll processing;

Processing HR changes such as onboarding, offboarding, contract amendments, leave, and absenteeism;

Managing and keeping personnel files up to date;

Answering colleagues' questions about HR and payroll administration;

Checking payroll components, deductions, and pension contributions;

Preparing reports on absenteeism, new hires, departures, and labor costs;

Identifying discrepancies and contributing ideas to improve our HR processes;

Maintaining contact with external parties such as the pension fund, the occupational health service, and payroll providers.
