Logistic Engineering Manager

As a Logistic Engineering Manager, you will lead strategic warehouse automation and intralogistics projects within a highly automated manufacturing environment. You will drive the implementation of advanced material handling solutions and ensure seamless integration between logistics, automation and production systems.

Lead intralogistics and warehouse automation projects from concept to implementation;

Develop and implement ASRS, AGV and AMR solutions;

Define material flow concepts, storage strategies and logistics processes;

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and IT;

Manage supplier selection, technical evaluations and system integration activities;

Oversee installation, commissioning, testing and operational handover;

Monitor project scope, budgets, timelines and deliverables;

Drive continuous improvement in warehouse automation and material handling processes.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Automation or a related field;

6–10 years of experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics or material handling projects;

Experience with ASRS, shuttle systems, automated warehouses or rack solutions;

Hands-on experience with AGV and AMR technologies;

Knowledge of WMS, MES, ERP and SAP systems;

Experience leading large-scale engineering projects from design to start-up;

Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills;

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
