For a growing green company in the Eindhoven region, we are looking for motivated green space maintenance workers. You will work in and around Eindhoven and Uden helping to keep parks, roadsides and public areas clean, tidy and well maintained.

This is a practical outdoor job with plenty of variety. One day you might be pruning, weeding or clearing public spaces, and the next day you could be working with equipment such as a brush cutter. You work together with a friendly team, so you are never on your own.

The best part? You work during the day, from Monday to Friday. That means your evenings and weekends are free.

Functieomschrijving

No experience in green maintenance? No problem. If you are motivated, physically fit and willing to learn, the company will train you on the job. What matters most is that you enjoy working outdoors, like being part of a team and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

You will join a close-knit team of around 40 colleagues. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with hard work during the day and plenty of room for a laugh. The company also organises regular get-togethers and outings, so team spirit is genuinely important here.

You will start with a salary of €2,640 per month, with opportunities to grow if you perform well. This is a stable, long-term job with development opportunities and the chance to build a future in outdoor maintenance.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for someone who is physically fit, enjoys outdoor work and can communicate in Dutch. A Category B driving licence is required. A BE driving licence is a plus, but not mandatory. Experience is welcome, but the right attitude is more important.
