Our client, a leading company in circular waste management, is looking for a Category C Driver to operate one of their refuse collection trucks. You'll work from a modern facility alongside a regular colleague who handles the loading. No two days are the same—except that every day, you'll be making a valuable contribution to a cleaner, smarter world.

In this role, you'll be driving a refuse truck through residential areas and industrial parks. When needed, you'll assist with loading, keep your vehicle clean, and handle basic maintenance yourself. You'll work closely with your on-board colleague to ensure a safe and efficient route.

Workdays are Monday through Friday, with start times between 6:00 and 7:30 AM. You can expect to work an average of 9 to 10 hours per day. You'll be joining a down-to-earth company that values people. The atmosphere is open, communication is direct, and colleagues support one another. You’ll work locally, alongside dedicated individuals who share a common goal: building a circular future together.

You hold a valid Category C driver’s license and Code 95 certification. Experience as a professional driver is essential, and if you've previously driven a garbage truck, that's a big plus. You’re skilled at navigating tight residential streets and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You speak either Dutch or English.

A gross hourly wage between €16 and €19.46, depending on experience

130% overtime pay after 40 hours per week

50% bonus pay on Saturdays, and double pay on Sundays

Travel expenses reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometer (from 10 km)

25 vacation days (expandable to 29) + 3.5 additional paid leave days per year (ADV)
