Rapid Market Validation: You take a new product and launch experiments instantly. You test propositions across channels (Ads, SEO, Outreach) to find where the traction is.

Doer, not a planner: You build your own landing pages, write your own copy, and set up your own automation flows. No extensive reports, just results.

GTM Tech stack: You fuel and optimize our proprietary sales outreach products. You use data to sharpen our commercial approach every single day.

Lead Generation: You aren’t satisfied with 'awareness'. You steer on hard conversions and high-quality leads.

AI-Native: You use AI not because you have to, but because it makes you 10x faster in content, research, and process optimization.

You don’t wait for a roadmap. You see a gap in the market—and you fill it.

Pioneer mindset: You love uncharted territory and thrive on the question: "How do we get 10 sign-ups for this by next Friday?"

T-Shaped skills: You know your way around LinkedIn/Meta Ads, funnels, technical SEO, and scraping.

Experience: You have 2-5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing.
