Event Crew (Student Pool)

Be the face of interactive fan experiences at live events.

Are you a student with a passion for sports and events? Do you love being in the middle of the action, using technology to amplify the experience of thousands of fans? Then we are looking for you to join our Event Crew student pool.

livewall is the digital partner at hundreds of events every year. From football matches to political council meetings, from team-building days to online conferences. With our own software, we deliver ticketing, secure voting and live interaction.

As Event Crew, you head to sports matches and events independently to operate our interactive technology. You make sure the audience actively participates and becomes part of the show. So you are not just working with tech; you are also the main go-to person on-site, supporting both the event organization and the audience to keep everything running smoothly.

This is a student pool position. That means a 0-hour contract with flexible scheduling around your studies. On average, you will work about 2 events per month. Every event is different, and no two days look the same.

Directing the show from the sidelines: You operate our interactive formats (such as live quizzes) behind the scenes. This means you won’t be presenting yourself; instead, you ensure the technology runs flawlessly so the host on stage can shine.

Helping fans participate: You make sure the audience becomes an active part of the show and assist them with the interactive features whenever needed.

On-site go-to person: You are the service-oriented face and main point of contact for livewall for the event organization on the floor.

Operating interactive tools: You activate the voting software for audience polls and control the fan cams in stadiums and at events.

Managing screens: You are responsible for managing content walls and other interactive screens.

Setting up the tech: You do all of this by connecting your laptop on-site via HDMI, setting up a secure VPN connection, and correctly scaling your browser so the content looks perfect on every screen.

You are currently enrolled as a student (HBO/WO).

You are digitally savvy. Software and apps do not scare you.

You have a genuine interest in sports and events.

Having your own transport is a plus (travel costs are reimbursed).

Enthusiastic, energetic, and a true team player.

Independent enough to travel to an event location on your own.

A 0-hour contract within our student pool.
