Welcome and how nice that you are viewing our vacancy! Our company Lively is a growing event technology agency and we are looking for a new “Onsite Registration & Support Specialist”. As a team, we ensure that our customers organize successful and relevant business events. We do this with the help of the best event technology and our knowledge about an optimal visitor journey. You will join us in a dynamic industry where you work with major organizers of (B2B) events such as the RAI, the Jaarbeurs and Frankwatching.

The position of Onsite Specialist is a diverse role where you work partly in the office, but also often work on location at the customer's premises (at events!). You start your day with a kick-off with a customer who wants to facilitate badge reception and collect more leads for sponsors for a conference of 1,000 participants. You go through the intake, check the schedule, discuss the badge design and fine-tune with the customer. You will then make the preparations on location for another customer at the end of the morning. Prepare hardware, brief hostesses, test badges and, above all, support the customer with badge printing. A printer that crashes? You know exactly how to get this one up and running again. Then you dismantle and get back in the car after saying goodbye to a satisfied customer!
