As a lead EI&A Engineer to design and manufacture cutting-edge systems for global projects. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to develop our systems and standardize work methods, preparing for a future-ready approach. As a key member of the discipline team, your role spans from project initiation to customer handover, managing all EI&A aspects. By interfacing directly with customers and suppliers, you’ll ensure smooth project execution, quality, and cost-effectiveness, while adhering to our client's quality standards. Your proactive involvement in Acceptance Tests and your acute attention to detail will guarantee that our products exceed expectations. Serve as the responsible discipline engineer for all electrical, instrumentation, and automation (EI&A) aspects of projects, from initiation to customer handover.

Design the EI&A systems based on P&ID, and select appropriate equipment with the project team.

Prepare and manage quotation requests for EI&A system integrators and oversee vendor manufacturing processes.

Coordinate closely with customers and suppliers to ensure project alignment with expectations and smooth execution.

Conduct Acceptance Tests for electrical, instrumentation, and control software at supplier and customer sites.

Provide operating instructions, perform system start-ups globally, and troubleshoot deviations, prioritizing safety and quality.

Bachelor's degree in E&I Engineering or related field, with work experience equivalence considered.

2-5 years of international experience in a similar role, preferably within Process/Biogas/Anaerobic Digestion/Wastewater Treatment, Oil & Gas, or Agriculture sectors.

Proven project experience with strong analytical, result-oriented, and solution-driven capabilities.

Organized, structured approach to tasks, with flexibility to work beyond standard hours.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and fluent in Dutch and English; additional language skills advantageous.

Willingness to travel up to 25% for international projects.

Proficient in control systems including PLC and SCADA, specifically Allen Bradley and Siemens, along with a broad understanding of energy technology.

Knowledgeable in industrial ICT infrastructure and systems.

Experienced with electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD, Eplan P8, or Intools (SPI).

Strong grasp of process engineering and instrumentation principles.

Certified with VCA VOL and well-versed in standards like NEN 3140, NEN 1010, NEC-NFPA70, and machine guidelines.

Familiar with compliance and safety standards including ATEX, IEC-Ex, NFPA, UL, and CSA; adept in ERP systems, ISAH preferred.
