As the manager of Jondani, you are the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of our brand-new restaurant. You motivate and guide your team, ensuring they receive the right training and support. Your primary focus is on the guest experience – you’re always ready to step in when necessary to adjust the course. Problem-solving is a top priority for you, and you’re results-driven, constantly spotting opportunities to hit our targets. With a keen eye on hospitality trends both locally and internationally, you ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

And last but not least… you make sure Jodani looks its best seven days a week!

Ensure the floor runs like a well-oiled machine.

Motivate and lead the team with the right training and guidance.

Have both vision and attention to detail, with a strong focus on numbers.

Be driven by results, always spotting ways to hit targets.

Keep a close watch on trends, locally and internationally.

Contribute ideas on how to sharpen our brand and image.

Completed relevant vocational (MBO) education.

At least 10 years of experience in hospitality.

A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, managing at least 20 people.

A dynamic role within a young, enthusiastic team.
