Project Lead

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Lead.

As a Project Lead   from Digital communication you will lead technical projects from preparation through to installation. You are responsible for the practical execution on-site, managing installation teams and ensuring that systems are correctly built and delivered. You coordinate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, translating technical requirements into a clear and actionable plan. You make sure everything is in place – from cabling to final testing. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.

As a Project lead Digital Communication, you will lead technical projects from preparation through to installation. You are responsible for the practical execution on-site, managing installation teams and ensuring that systems are correctly built and delivered. You coordinate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, translating technical requirements into a clear and actionable plan. You make sure everything is in place – from cabling to final testing.

Leading technical projects: Coordinating digital communication projects from preparation to successful on-site delivery.

Overseeing technical coordination and execution: Directing installations and implementations in collaboration with internal and external technical teams.

Translating client requirements into technical solutions: Ensuring alignment between users, suppliers, and installers.

Directing and supporting teams: Leading on-site activities and organizing everything needed for a successful installation.

Proactively identifying bottlenecks and risks: Finding suitable (technical) solutions during project execution.

Ensuring proper system functionality after installation: Coordinating testing and final delivery phases.

Facilitating smooth handover to operations and support: Including delivery of all necessary technical documentation.

Monitoring timelines and installation deadlines: In close cooperation with planning, engineering, and support teams.

Actively contributing to the improvement of work processes: Including installation protocols and technical standards within the project team.

A completed HBO or WO degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s level), preferably in Project Management, ICT, Multimedia, or a comparable field of study.

At least 3 years of experience as a project manager or demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary teams, preferably within the digital signage or audiovisual (AV) industry.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders and schedules.

Basic knowledge of technology and digital signage solutions.

Familiarity with AV and IT infrastructures, such as CMS systems and/or project management tools like MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.

Proactive attitude, team player, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to switch between strategic oversight and operational detail.

Analytical and solution-oriented with a hands-on, proactive work approach.

Excellent command of both Dutch and English ; proficiency in German is a strong plus.

Holds a valid Category B driver’s license – willing to occasionally be present on-site at client locations or installations.
