Lead the architecture and technical direction of mission-critical distributed systems built with Elixir, OTP and Phoenix. Design scalable, fault-tolerant platforms that power enterprise AI and automation solutions.

Intersoft is looking for an experienced Senior Elixir Architect to define and evolve the architecture of our next-generation enterprise AI platform.

You’ll lead technical decisions across distributed systems, mentor engineering teams, and ensure our platform remains scalable, secure, resilient and ready for enterprise workloads.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product and AI teams to design systems capable of processing large-scale workflows while maintaining exceptional reliability.

Design scalable distributed architectures using Elixir and OTP

Define engineering standards and architectural best practices

Lead technical decisions across multiple product teams

Review architecture, performance and security

Collaborate with AI, DevOps and Product teams

Improve observability, monitoring and reliability
