Creative Project Manager (32-40 hours)

And for that, we are looking for a project manager with at least 4 years of experience who has knowledge of the technical sector and can think communicatively/creatively. Even (and perhaps especially) in the age of AI, this is a people’s job, where understanding and interest in technology, sustainability, and energy are crucial. This must then be combined with creative insight , so that the team can get to work and clarify and structure this with the client.

Employment : 32-40 hours per week (hybrid)

What are you going to do as a creative project manager?

You are the linchpin between the client and the creative team. You align the request with the client, after which you proactively gather information. You do this online, but also in conversations with knowledge holders of the client. So you need to be able to quickly grasp new topics, dare to ask critical questions, and genuinely want to delve into something. You manage projects such as:

• animations that help prevent carbon monoxide incidents
• a short e-learning course on tapping and sealing gas pipelines
• a campaign that encourages people to insulate their homes
• product and installation videos for an international manufacturing company

Next, you will work with the creative team. A script and concept need to be developed, and this must then be executed. Experience with Adobe is not a requirement, but a sense of design and video(scripts) is helpful. Throughout the entire project, you are proactive in your communication with the client to ensure that everything is as expected and done within the agreed-upon frameworks.
