Dental Reception - The International Health Centre The Hague

IHCH (International Health Care Centre)  is looking for a dental receptionist.

Our receptionist team provide essential administrative support to our dentist and assistant staff, ensuring the smooth operation of dental clinic on a daily basis. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply.

Regular clinic hours are Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00.

Key Responsibilities for dental receptionist:

Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.

Coordinate communication between patients, medical professionals, and the finance department.

Process billing and payments on the spot.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient files and medical documentation.

Handle incoming correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Provide administrative support for healthcare professionals as needed.

Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and privacy regulations (GDPR)

Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Knowledge of Dutch and other language is a plus.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.

Strong cultural respect in an international environment

Must be able to work independently and quickly within a fast-paced team

Ability to embrace a flexible working schedule and provide cover when needed

Maintain a high standard of patient friendly focused care

The  International Health Care Centre The Hague (IHCH)  is a dynamic medical centre that offers primary, paramedical, pharmaceutical, dental, and medical specialist care—all under one roof.
