Job Title: Marketing Manager (Fixed-Term, 24 months)

Job Location: Rijswick, Netherlands

Main Responsibilities:

• Marketing campaigns: to enhance Huawei solar brand to installers, residential homeowners and C&I (commercial & industry) customers, including campaign planning, content creation (posters, video, social posts), PR, KOL identification and cooperation, paid media cooperation, performance measurement and project operation management;
• Partner marketing: working with partners (channels, resellers) to amplify marketing impact, including strategy and planning alignment, progress review, content co-creation, campaign execution support and trainings, and performance tracking;
• Collaboration with HQ and country marketing team: align with HQ and country marketing plan and campaigns regarding events, social media, website, digital marketing channels to achieve marketing synergy;
• Event marketing: support marketing and communications for key reginal events, including speaker interviews, social posts, event press release etc.;
• Regular reporting and summary of key campaigns and best cases to build up marketing expertise of marketing team
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 5+ working experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning and project management
• A high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
