As a Marketing Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, working to create a dynamic and supportive space for women to grow and thrive. Your main focus will be to cultivate connections and design impactful experiences that keep our community engaged and growing.

• Grow the Community: Develop and implement strategies to attract new members, increase engagement, and foster meaningful connections within the HerFuture network.
• Organize Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events, such as networking sessions, webinars, workshops, and community meetups.
• Engage Members: Actively interact with community members through social media, forums, and other communication channels to ensure a vibrant and active environment.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling content for newsletters, social media, and event promotion to keep the community informed and inspired.
• Collaborate: Work with the HerFuture team to align community initiatives with our overarching mission and goals.
• Collect Feedback: Gather insights from members to improve community offerings and ensure we meet their needs.
• A self-starter with a passion for community building and empowering others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Social, you get energy from meeting new people
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging events and activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Social media savvy with a knack for crafting engaging content.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Hands-on experience in community management and event planning.
