Solution Architect: Supply Chain Planning

Are you an experienced Solution Architect with a passion for supply chain planning and enterprise technology? Do you enjoy designing scalable solutions that enable business transformation and support international growth? In this role, you will shape the architecture of a modern planning landscape and play a key part in delivering future-ready planning capabilities across an international retail organization.

As a Solution Architect – Supply Chain Planning , you will be responsible for designing and governing the end-to-end architecture of a modern planning ecosystem. Working closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams, you will ensure planning solutions align with business objectives while remaining scalable, integrated, and future-proof.

You will play a leading role in the implementation and evolution of enterprise planning capabilities, leveraging platforms such as O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or RELEX . These solutions will support key business processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and supply chain planning.

Design end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Supply Chain Planning.

Define scalable architecture principles and technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

Lead the implementation and continuous evolution of planning platforms such as O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or RELEX.

Improve forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and supply planning capabilities.

Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, enterprise data platforms, and surrounding applications.

Translate business requirements into sustainable, future-proof solution designs.

Collaborate with Business, IT, vendors, and implementation partners throughout project delivery.

Provide architectural governance and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.

Support innovation by evaluating new technologies and contributing to the long-term planning roadmap.

Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent working and thinking level.

8–10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar role.

Strong experience with enterprise Supply Chain Planning solutions.

Hands-on experience with O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, RELEX, or comparable planning platforms.

Experience working within complex international retail or supply chain environments.

Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and supply planning processes.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, enterprise integrations, and complex application landscapes.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to bridge Business and IT.
