Shape the future of finance transformation

As an OneStream Consultant , you’ll work with some of the most complex and well-known organizations in the Netherlands, helping them transform their financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes. You won’t just implement technology — you’ll help design smarter finance processes, advise stakeholders, and deliver solutions that genuinely make an impact.

You’ll use the OneStream platform to simplify and unify consolidation, planning, data quality, reporting, and dashboards. Beyond client work, you’ll have the freedom to develop in-house solutions and bring innovative ideas to market.

You’ll be joining a highly experienced OneStream team with a strong mix of financial experts and technical specialists . The team has been at the forefront of OneStream implementations in the Benelux and works across a wide range of industries and organizations.

Strong focus on results and real business value

Plenty of room to share knowledge, host internal sessions, and mentor junior and mid-level consultants

This role gives you the opportunity to deepen your expertise while also taking initiative and contributing to the growth and direction of the team.

A completed financial, technical, or business degree (HBO or WO level)

2–5 years of experience working with OneStream

Strong knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, management reporting, and/or ESG within OneStream

Programming experience (VB or C#) is a plus

You enjoy sharing knowledge and building strong professional relationships

You are client-focused, goal-oriented, and keep an eye on both results and process

You have an entrepreneurial mindset , like to roll up your sleeves, and stay up to date with developments in Finance and IT

Total compensation between €60,000 and €95,000 , including base salary, mobility budget, variable pay, and 8% holiday allowance
