Netsuite Developer: Wholesale & E-commerce (Fully Remote)

We're looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer to help evolve and scale our NetSuite platform across our wholesale and e-commerce operations. You'll work closely with operations, finance, logistics, and commercial teams to improve existing custom solutions while designing and building new functionality, integrations, and automations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through development and wants to play a key role in the continued evolution of a complex NetSuite environment.

Design, develop, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x.

Enhance and optimise existing customisations, workflows, Suitelets, RESTlets, and scheduled scripts.

Build scalable, maintainable solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across custom scripts and integrations.

Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external platforms.

Develop REST and SOAP API integrations with e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, WMS, marketplaces, payment providers, and third-party applications.

Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues.

Work with internal and external partners to implement new system integrations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational requirements across wholesale and e-commerce.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Recommend best practices that balance customisation with NetSuite's standard functionality.

Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and testing.

Support NetSuite upgrades and new feature releases.

Assist with change management and deployment processes.

Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and easy to maintain.

3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.

Strong SuiteScript 2.x development experience.

Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP architecture.

Experience building and maintaining API integrations.

Experience in wholesale, distribution, retail, or e-commerce businesses.

NetSuite certifications are advantageous.

Enjoys improving existing systems rather than always building from scratch.

Can design elegant custom solutions where standard functionality isn't enough.

Thinks about long-term maintainability, not just immediate fixes.

Communicates well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Is proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Takes ownership of technical solutions from design through deployment.

Must be available to work primarily within European business hours (CET/CEST).

This is a remote role, with strong preference for candidates based in Europe or nearby time zones to enable effective collaboration with the wider team.
